In 2000, New York University College of Dentistry brought me to Manhattan from Southern California. I graduated in 2004 and after dental school, I completed a General Practice Residency, from 2004-2005, at Lutheran Medical Center (LMC) in Brooklyn, NY. LMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, where I was exposed to all facets of dentistry and facial trauma. From there, I attended University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey from 2005-2008. I not only achieved my Certificate of Periodontics, but I also received my Masters of Science. I graduated with a full scope of knowledge of periodontics and implants. I became Board Certified immediately after graduation.
Since graduating in 2008, I have worked for several offices and also taught at LMC. I was responsible for developing the Postgraduate Program of Periodontics at LMC from inception to full accreditation and was appointed Director of the program. I have lectured at multiple venues and I have also been published in The International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
I am married to Karl D. Maloney, a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who practices in Branchburg, New Jersey. We currently reside in Basking Ridge with our two sons and our family dog. In our spare time, Karl and I enjoy sports, going out to dinner, hanging out with friends and watching movies. I also enjoy reading, taking pilates and if time allows, a day at the spa.
Come to Berkeley Periodontics and Dental Implants and you will see that I love what I do and am very passionate about periodontics. My staff and I look forward to meeting you!
